From a School Bus to Two Ohio Kitchens
Khaao Macha started in 2022 as a food truck built out of a school bus, driving across Ohio and serving Indian-fusion food wherever there was a crowd. That truck earned us recognition at the Cleveland Asian Food Fest, the Cincinnati Asian Food Fest, and Tremont Food Fest, and it's still on the road today. Since then we've opened in Brunswick and Columbus, but the approach hasn't changed: bold, made-from-scratch food that people remember.
